First model: Shop job

Program could be responsible for any shop as NPC (automated bot) and declared by the owner of the shop.

User(Human), declared as free could be hired by the shop manager/owner and must have declaration between them

Same user can talk/chat with customers inside the office/shop

Multiple users(humans) can be hired

Second model: Apartment job

Only user(Human) responsible can be hired by the owner, or it can be the owner of the building.

User(Human) can mint, develop, answer calls, answer chats.
